Description

  • Responsible for coordinating Samaky asset and inventory management
  • Responsible for coordinating community insurance project as a whole Samaky
  • Responsible for follow-up and renewal of various admin requirements (i.e- office asset insurances, Annual maintenance, office lease deed)
  • Oversee the maintenance of administrative systems for the efficient functioning of the offices and resolve administrative day-to-day problems.
  • Guide and manage the security of the field offices
  • Responsible for ensuring phone communication quality

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Ms. Office, e-mail, and communication,
  • Planning, Organizing, Analytical, and Coordinating Skills.
  • Gentle, humble, patient, and accountable
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
