Description
- Responsible for coordinating Samaky asset and inventory management
- Responsible for coordinating community insurance project as a whole Samaky
- Responsible for follow-up and renewal of various admin requirements (i.e- office asset insurances, Annual maintenance, office lease deed)
- Oversee the maintenance of administrative systems for the efficient functioning of the offices and resolve administrative day-to-day problems.
- Guide and manage the security of the field offices
- Responsible for ensuring phone communication quality
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Ms. Office, e-mail, and communication,
- Planning, Organizing, Analytical, and Coordinating Skills.
- Gentle, humble, patient, and accountable
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
